This presentation called “Information Security Workforce Dev. Matrix Update” was delivered by Dagne Fulcher, Consultant to Federal CIO Council. It is one of five presentations made during a Quarterly IT Forum entitled “Cyber Update” which was co-hosted by the IT Workforce Committee of the CIO Council and GSA's Office of Electronic Government and Technology on February 25, 2010 at GSA.
