2009 CIO Council Leadership Awards Call for Nominations

Abstract:
The CIO Council is seeking nominations for the 2009 CIO Council Leadership Awards. One team award and three indiviual awards are given to career Federal employees at the GS-15 level and below, or uniformed military at the O-6 level and below, in the information technology field for their dedication and commitment to advancing and substantially improving the way government does business. Nominees and their accomplishments must demonstrate a major impact on the IT field and business effectiveness in the Federal Government that took place within the preceding year. Nominations will be accepted until Tuesday, March 3, 2009. The awards will be presented by the Director and Vice Chair of the CIO Council at the Interagency Resources Management Conference (IRMCO) Executive Dinner on Monday, April 20, 2009.
