Abstract:
This plan represents the Council's collective thinking on how best it might pursue its important role. Each of the three CIOC committees – IT Workforce, Architecture and Infrastructure, and Best Practices – will develop more detailed performance plans based on these activities. All Council members are strongly encouraged to advance the vision of a Federal Government that strategically, efficiently and effectively uses information technology (IT) to serve and protect U.S. citizens.
