Abstract:
Document examines the key challenges that OPM and other Government leaders are confronting in E-Training and leverages best practices from commercial and Government initiatives to produce findings and conclusions for implementing this practice across Government. E-Training includes internet/intranet online learning, CD Rom-based products, and Computer-Based Training (CBT).
